Biodegradable agricultural film does not break down or feed the soil with additional nutrients, but instead pollutes the soil with microplastics. This is according to recent research commissioned by the Plastic Soup Foundation. These microplastics enter our food via the soil and surface water and threaten our health.

It is essential that the findings of this research are taken into account in the revision of the EU Fertiliser regulation. For this, we need your help.
